Whats it got to justify the price and whats the view you get of?
Even in New York & London there are very few apartments that go for that kind of money and this is Tel Aviv not New York or London hard to believe there is really a market for this kind of thing because even amongst the richest Israelis there are very few who could afford to live in an apartment this price and its not exactly the kind of place the average tourist is going to be buying as a holiday home and given the limited number of possible buyers even to an investor its not going to be considered a worthwhile investment.
These developers need to thnk twice about location next time they want to build an apartment they want to sell for $34 million. |
