| ..streets of a city alone, especially when it is known that there have been so many attacks? Parents should know where their 12 year olds are and 12 year olds should at the very least be in the company of several friends and close to home. Children do need their freedom so that they can grow up able to take care of themselves but there has to be a balance between freedom and keeping them safe or their lives can so easily be ruined forever. |
