| To say it loud and clear: "Greed" is NOT a Jewish problem, it`s a problem of all human beings on this planet. But if you are already facing an anti-Semitic stereotype like "greedy", you (Israeli politi- cians) would really be well advised not to do (almost) everything possible in order to even strenghten those kind of (ugly) anti-Semitic stereotypes. Because fact is: Most non-Jewish/non-Arab people around the world do indeed regard Israels claim for ALL of Jerusalem as rather "greedy". And I`m not sure whether one can really blame them for that.... |
