| The deciding factor in public education must be parental choice. If parents want such an option then it should be on offer. With 80% of Israelis describing themselves as `traditional or religious or Orthodox` these schools seem a realistic option. As a Charedi I`m more worried about the failure of Charedi boys` schools to provide the basic general studies necessary to function in the real world. |
