We do indeed need to create bridges in education in this country - and not only across the orthodox-secular divide. The article lists: "In addition to the public secular and public Orthodox streams, Israel`s two other systems are the ultra-Orthodox Agudat Yisrael system and the Sephardic ultra-Orthodox Maayan Hahinuch schools" but there is no mention of the fact that Israel also has Arab citizens withe their schools too. Isn`t it time everyone learned together, so that maybe we can live together!? |
