| Military service in Eritrea is meant to last for 18 months but those who were conscripted in 1994 are still doing their military service. There is no justice or the rule of law. The military generals are free to punish anyone in anyway they see fit. Eritrea is causing problems with neighbouring countries. People are arrested, tortured and even killed without any family member being told. Few Eritreans are happy to say Eritrea is fine from the comfort of their life in the west. Ask any Eritrean in Eritrea, it is really bad and is getting worse. |
