| Nothing is more preposterous than Zeev of Beer Sheva`s claim that Kibbutzniks from the Gallilee provoked Syrian gunfire in 1967 by plowing their fields. My own relatives from Shamir (now deceased) that came under fire would have found the comments attributed to Moshe Dayan totally absurd. Since these quotations were published 30 years after the interview, no one can confirm them to be those spoken by Moshe Dayan. |
