| latest archaeological digs have unearthed earliest chinese from 6,000 bce!! (a continuum till today). HOWEVER, the letters that served the jewish people from sinaitic script (ca. 1500 bce?) thru all biblical history, were totally replaced by the aramaic script around 500 bce. the only word in that script which has survived in use today is the TETRAGRAMMATON on coins or seals etc. Please haaretz, get dates and numbers straight before going to print. |
