Sure does read like "incitement" to me, and I will compare and contrast what happens to Rabbi Eliyahu with what befell *this* Rabbi:

who had the temerity to tell Arabs in East Jerusalem simply to set up a demonstration tent in defiance of the police.
Eliyahu words seem to *me* to be many, many orders of magnitude worse than Rabbi Ascherman`s, so I would at least expect an arrest.
Not gonna hold my breath tho..... |
