| The mindless violence at Mercaz Harav, against the innocent, was a despicable crime which has been condemned by everyone. More blood and vengeance will not bring back to life those who were killed. The idea to revenge is just as repugnant as the the act itself. It is equally strange that the idea of revenge and the call for more blood comes from the clergy, whose role is to heal the wounds rather than inflame passions and call for more blood. |
