A lot of Israelis had organ transplants performed abroad in order to stay alive. Why should Israelis depend on Palestinian organs (occassionally such transplants occur in Israel, for which I applaud the Palestinian families involved). Israelis are dying every day, their organs can save so many. It will take a few decades until the entire (orthodox) Israeli public will agree to organ donations after death.
