Why wait on Linthwaite or on pie-in-the-sky white elephants like Skyguard? Phalanx is daily proven in Iraq. Israel already has Phalanx in stock. No need to buy anything but the land based ammo. All that has to be done it pour a base, hook up the radar you already have, and turn the key to ON. If that`s too technical, I`m sure the Pentagon could spare a technician or two. We even have some who speak Hebrew.
