| What the two hells of Hezbollah and Hamas forget is that Israel has 200-400 nuclear warheads, or the ability to use it`s plutonium to make more of same. It also has thousands of missiles, all of which can reach every part of the Strip and Lebanon. Combined with 800 state of the art jet fighters, thousands of artillery pieces and tanks (Merkavas and Abrams) and of course nearly 1m reservists, Israel can literally wipe out both terrorist groups within a few days. That`s assuming Israel stops worrying about so-called collateral damage, the UN, EU and League of Arab Nations. Israel is being held back by itself, and it`s moral values. However, give Hez and Hamas the same weapons and capabilities, they of course would not have similar restraints. Israel has put off doing what it should have done years ago, destroy the two groups once and for all. It`s not if, it`s when..and time is running out. It doesn`t need troops, just a combo of phosphorous, jelly, bunker busters and clusters. |
