| Travelling on a train the other day in Switzerland, I heard a terrific noise just in front of me. The outside window where a young man was sitting was totally shattered on the outside - the inside glass held, but he could have been very badly hurt. He saw the boy who threw the stone. There are young people like this everywhere. I`m sure most would be delighted to be taken for "terrorists". It makes them feel important. Words carry power - "tomfoolery" describes such gratuitous actions appropriately, cutting them down to size. |
