| Hmmm....so where is the surprise when many of the "top" Islamic studies departments in US universities are funded by sheiks and other "independent" sources of funding from the Arabic world? One only need to dig a little deeper and listen a little closer to hear the real voices behind these programs. Why? Well, certainly this money does not come without strings attached... Then again, sure wouldn`t want to be accused of racial or ethnic profiling. Oh, the horrors of thinking critically and logically! |
