| Stolen, clap trap! Yes,there are, no doubt, individual cases where land was appropriated by Jews unlawfully and that has to be dealt with properly by law. But talk about stolen, how about those two thousand Jews that were kicked out of old Jerusalem by those peace loving, sanctimonious Jordanians in 1948. Jews lived there for 27 centuries, almost without disruption, going back millenia well, well before there was a shadow of a Palestinian. And even the disruption in continuity was because of violence and occupation aimed at Jews, hence the number living in Jerusalem dwindled. of course there were many more Jews their, a bunch of whom were killed by Pals in the violence of 1929 (& other pogroms). The predecessors of the Pals were occupiers and squatters opportunistically taking advantage of plight and then flight of Jews. And, of course, there never was a Pal government. This is because it was never a Pal national land. Syrians they were & are. |
