| given the history of corruption within the Fatah and PLO organisations as a whole, I doubt that this scheme will go anywhere. if the quartet really wants this to work they have to run the show and monitor where and why every penny goes and if not be sure all welfare money will go to support the fatah gangs loyalists! |
