| Only now are they planning on setting up a welfare network! Surely its the first thing the PA should have done. Whats happened to all those hundreds of millions of Euros and Dollars? They have 1,400 social workers, of which 1,000 are so-called "advisors". Only 400 seem to do any work. Its not a very good investment - we can be glad its only tax-payers money. |
