The Pals are treated as second class citizens in all the surrounding Arab countries except for Jordan. The Pal refugees are used as cheap labor for jobs nobody else wants in their "host" countries.
Except Kuwait which threw out 300,000 Pals after Gulf War 1 and Saudi Arabia which refused to bring them into their country, and hired Koreans and others in that region. So nobody really wanted the Pals. In all of history never have refugees NOT been absorbed by the host countries. The Arabs intentionally left this group to suffer for five generations for what? To make a deal they could have had 60 years ago!
