| Olmerts response shows he lives in a fantasy world and truly doesn`t have a clue.McCain says "No nation in the world can be attacked incessantly ... without responding," and Olmert`s response is Israel can halt rocket fire from Gaza without a major ground offensive in the densely-populated coastal strip. Well if thats true then why are missiles still falling on Sderot,and other towns. Does Olmert think the residents of Sderot believe in his response while they are used as cannon fodder. 2 days ago a very high ranking officer in the IAF said the only way to stop the Qassams from falling is to go in to Gaza with the IDF create a buffer zone and use the IDF to find manufacturing sites, storage sites and heads of Hamas and root out all of Islamic Jihad from Gaza. Anything else will fail. I am curious would Olmert feel the same way if his home was under constant Qassam fire and his children in harms way. But then again we must remember his children left Israel to not serve in the IDF. |
