| Just one officer arrives in a period lasting 16 minutes? . To place blame on this officer is just a cop out. He was faced with split second critical choices to make of allowing other people to enter the building and who is to say his decision was so wrong as he may have saved lives? More important why did it take so long for back up to arrive? His superiors must take responsibility |
