It means that Egypt is dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s on an agreement between Hamas and Fatah on a new Unity Govt., and this is the first step in massaging everyone`s responce to the eventual announcement. Don`t believe me? Then keep an eye on Hamas and Israel, because that will tell you what`s a` happening: If Hamas are muted in their response to this speech then a Unity Govt is a done deal. If Israel start cranking up their "security operations" in the WB then you will also know this is a done deal, and they are trying to spoil it. |
