Your remarks about "establishment Christianity" seem a bit gratuitous to me. I am not at all sure what you mean. Suffice to say, Liberation Theology has not reestablished Christ`s teachings. LT is thinly disguised communism. Certain prelates, for sure, down through the ages, have become addicted to "power and privilege." But then the same could be said for some princes and priests under the Old Law. I think, however, The post-Vatican II church and many of its operatives are more addicted to modernist error than they are to power and privilege. And most Catholics today are so badly catechized that they can`t recognize it. |
