The key to peace is to establish a viable Palestinian state. Unless that happens everything else is meaningless. As usual, Peres is blowing air. Get rid of settlements, deal realistically with Jerusalem, set clear borders, deal with refugee compensation...those are the key issues. Oce those matters are resolved the focs can turn to the ecoomy of Palestine.
