Barak intentionally insults the US envoy by not attending, like a brat, he doesnt want to listen and so he goes to his room and shuts the door. Thats how Israel behaves. If there has been nothing at all done by israel, what makes bush or anyone think olmer has any intention of anything oterh than more empty slogans about how they want a two state solution without any movement toward that objective. In fact, with this latest colonist expansion Israel has already made clear that much of the WB and all of Jerusalem are not up for discussion with any other party. barak knew that and that the US will do nothing to change course.
