| The more the Americans press the better for both us and the Palestinians. Left to our own "leaders" will lead nowhere. Olmert and Barak have done everything to thwart peace though they portray themselves as peacemakers. Sadly, the Americans are unlikely to really press very hard. A little slap on the wrist ill achieve nothing. Tough talk needs to be accompanied by tough actions, such as cutting off financial, military and political support. |
