First, with respect to apartheid, lets look at the history of seperation and not equal, the notion of lesser beings, in Arab countries. Today, its increasingly common to simply target westerners for violence, the most recent example of that being the bombing of the Italian restaurant in Pakistan. But its wide spread. No Islamic populations are lower beings in Arab countries. In Israel, Arabs are members of Parliament, judges, professors etc. Conclusion, the number 1 apartheid states are those boycotting Israel.
In terms of occupation, history suggests Jews were in the West Bank, particularly East Jerusalem for far longer than Pals and were slaughtered and finally ejected (2000 en masse) in 1948. But clearly on the whole there is occupation. That is what you get for invading Israel in 1967, without provocation, and for failing to make peace with it and for plotting to kill and continuing to kill Jews in Israel.
