| The best thing the Labour and Meretz Parties could do for Israel would be to fold. Their demise is inevitable. Demographic trends towards more observant Jews and the fact the Israeli public is tilting rightwards doom these parties. Kadima is also unlikely to exist the election after next. Israel`s main problem is that these parties are capable of doing immense damage to Israel before they implode. However, Shas is to blame for that. These parties would be helpless to harm Israel without Shas support. I suggest we all contact Shas to demand this support be withdrawn NOW! |
