| China has treated the Tibetans like sh*t, so they are rebelling. This is actually one of those disputes that could be worked out by negotiation, but China wants to send a message to other sections of the country that such demonstrations will be met with force. I believe there was a peaceful demonstration in front of the Chinese embassy here in Washingotn earlier today. Let`s hope reason will prevail. |
