If you were my English teacher I would rather say that English capitalize the name of languages. I insist, conversion is a matter of madness: regular people who were born Jews don`t know how to get rid of such thing, while others who don`t want desperately to find someone (often a Rabbi) to `convert` them. There is no conversion, nobody is Jew anymore.
