The Arabs are free to leave, or live in the State, UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE. If they support the Enemy, cheer when the Enemy succeeds in terror acts, show a lack of allegance to the country that supports them, the country they MOOCH OFF, they should leave for greener pastures.
At least they have a choice, the Jews in Arab lands were evicted, thrown out with literally the shirt on their backs, losing their belongings and savings.
