Not only do you not understand anything about economics but also you don`t know anything about Israel`s economy. Buy the "Economist" for at least one year and try hard to understand what you are reading and maybe, you can improve the former. About the latter, it is obvious you either don`t read Haaretz properly, or, you don`t understand what you are reading. The shekel is so high because Israel`s economy is in good shape and not seriously affected by the reasons that hurt so much the dollar.
