just when I thought I read a top-5 inane article at this website yesterday by bradley (and sent in a comment that was within the rules yet was censored anyway), here is something even more ridiculous.

first of all, there is no such thing as an intermarriage wedding performed in a jewish way. just as there is no such thing as a papal ceremony for a buddhist. pope = catholic. jewish wedding = religious witnesses, etc. stop fooling yourself that if some hack with a small tallit who went to a seminary because he couldn`t make medical school is there as "rabbi," that it is a jewish ceremony. puh-leeze.

frankly, I am all for intermarriage. judaism never was a quantity system, and I say let them disappear over the generations, leaving behind a small yet kosher nation who will finally have the chance to do the right thing and not the money thing.
