| This is another example of spurious statistics that should make any freshman sociology student blush. Two obvious questions emerge--first, relative family size, and two, the fertility rate of the other countries ahead of Israel on the list. Aside from the general disregard most honest people in Israel have about their "parliament", most Israelis, men and women, are too busy making and sustaining families. If they want to engage in idle chatter, they take a vacation. |
