| By buying dollars, the Israeli government is basically betting that the dollar will go back up. You know by low, sell high. It`s an investment. The problem is, America is in such financial trouble that many are saying the they haven`t hit bottom and are a long way from it. If both of those are true, how can any rational person be OK with it? |
