| That is precisely the reason that Hamas consists of nothing but terrorists. Qassams are a militarily useless weapon, and therefore only a political terror weapon. Hezbollah could at least make the argument that along with using terror weapons with no military value, they have also demonstrated some willingness to act as a military force. However they are not a legitimate military force, since by wearing no uniforms and adhering to no legal governmental authority, any military actions that they take are inherently violations of international law, so at best they are war criminals, at worst, simply terrorist criminals. |
