I disagree.
The embargo of the Gaza Strip is exactly the same as the embargo of the Warsaw Ghetto. It is designed to produce suffering and the UN has stated that it causes deaths.
The only difference is that the Nazis speeded up the process of eradication by the transportation of Jews to the death camps. At the moment Israel raids Gaza and kills a couple of hundred at a time.
But you know what the connotation is for a Jew or an Israeli implies when they use the term Shoah. It is only a matter of time There is no getting away from that. |
