Maybe if Pal fighters would meet the IDF on the battle field instead of hiding behind women and children, they could have been wiped out and peace could result. As one Palestinian said to me as he shook my hand and put his arm around me "good people, bad governments".

Why do Pals need the UN to enforce UN242? They had the chance since 1967 when Israel made the ofer of the land for peace and was answered by the Arab world through violence and support for Pal war crimes for 40 years (in addition to the 47 years of violence prior to that).
The lull in rocket fire was a nice start, but like any "cease fire" from the Pals - it usually ends before it begins. C`est la vie, but the world sure knows who Israel is dealing with. |
