| It seems that #1 and #2 like to speak with out thinking. As Gaza is filled with Gazans who supported terror by voting Hamas into power (and please dont say they only voted them in because they want better garbage pickup) and considers them to be a hostile entity, Israel made a mechanism to make sure that they dont starve, but that individual companies cant profit from trading with them (as with the US and companies selling to Cuba).
