Given the non-stop incitement of the Israeli-Arab leadership against Israel, the frequent anti-Israel demonstrations by Israeli-Arabs, and the complete and utter lack of public demonstrations by Arabs for Israel or Jews, I am surprised the statistics are not worse.
That the Arab public is supportive of integration is encouraging. It is too bad Israel`s Arabs only support coexistence behind closed doors. If this continues alongside their leader`s incitement, then Jewish attitudes will worsen.
To the Arabs I say: Your silence will not protect you. It is only making things worse. Much worse. Speak up before it is too late. |
