| Several yrs in ago in Israel a Haredi Non Zionist Bus blew up killing & injuring dozens of Haredi passengers that were visiting the western wall. In the 1940s Haredi men, women & children and died in Europe rather than making aliya because of this interperation of the agadic oaths that were never codified as law in the Shulchan Aruch or Rambam. You dont find this view in the Sephardic world. |
