If the settlements are in the West Bank then the IDF declares the land upon which it sits a "closed military area".
Which means that a Palestinian can not even enter the area without a permit, let alone purchase land there.
If the settlement is within Jerusalem itself then it is doubtful that anyone can buy them at all; they are normally built under the auspices of the Jewish National Fund, and their charter insists that they must lease apartments only to Jews. |
