| V: "PA should curb violence FIRST,Israel STOPS settlements SECOND" Nooooo, the Road Map clearly says that those two obligations must run in parallel, not in sequence. Israel has to put her nose to the grindstone and stop all settlement activity The PA must must her nose to the grindstone and stop all terrorist activity. Neither can stop what they are doing, down tools, and declare "I`m not continuing if they aren`t doing their bit!!!!" So sorry, Vitorrio, but both sides are only allowed to do that AFTER they get to the end of Phase I, not WHILST they are still in the middle of Phase I. That`s how it`s written. Unless it says something different in Hebrew..... |
