Most Jews are not God fearing and are very decent people. What poster 2 says carries weight even if what you say is true about the small % of oil rich Arabs. Oil is an essential and strategic assent and hence carries enormous power which favour those that have the oil and their "tribe". I`m not saying that this power is illegitimate but indisputably it is not wielded on the basis of merit. Rather it is wielded on the basis of politics and tribalism. A part of the tribe, just about the only part that is of concern to Israel are terrorists. Its a shame that those with oil have become apologists for terror targeting others. When it targets them, then they call a spade a spade.
What Jews are legitimately worried about is not the overwhelming majority of Islamic people who are undoubtedly decent but rather the astonishingly high number of terrorists who are Islamic. Muslims that are peace loving have essentially been rendered irrelevant by those who subscribe to and act out terror. |
