It sounds too good to be true, but lets suppose it is true. Did these guys have the weapons and ability to carry out the act? If so, its amazing how the jews are suppose to police themselves in order to protect the arabs, but the same rules doesnt apply to arabs.
How many arabs have been arrested and jailed by arabs because they simply planned an attack?? The number is pretty much zero.
