I go to Greek owned local diners several times a month--Let me assure you, nothing is free--
Actually they have been reducing the portions and have removed the olives from the menu (too expensive in the U.S.)--When we want fully enjoy a menu, we go to the Hong Kong King Buffet
(Chinese of course), we can get a full meal, and pile the plates as high was we want, with no restrictions in regards to the food--In our area, (Philadelphia), there are nine restaurants that are owned by a Greek Family--
Last time we went there, my wife ordered salmon, they gave he a portion weighing about 3 ounces, which we returned to the kitchen--There was no way in hell we going to give them $14.95 for that miniscule portion--We did remember the old saying "Beware of Greeks bearings gifts", that they were charging full price for--
