| I question how the Court`s constitutional power can be an issue in a country without a constitution. The "constitution" is created by the Court every time it wishes to assume powers that belong to the legislature, elected by all the people, not just the leftists. The Justice Minister has simply chickened out at the last minute. Pity. |
