Schulz`s family depended on him for their very survival, literally his food rations. The `contract` you mention was actually a gun to his head or death-camp. Nazi`s enjoyment? They were scum who tried to raise themselves (in their own blood-shot, glassy eyes) using such pretences as `art-lovers`.
