You`d know the answer to your own idiotic question.

Like unions or not, it`s quite obvious why Histadrut was involved: the employees wanted to unionized because they felt they were being treated unfairly. Even a pinhead mind would then know why the court got involved: the charge of wrongful firing is a civil matter and that means the courts.

"Unions are a waste where", yet you don`t show that`s what the people at the Coffee Bean were doing. You also don`t talk about the big business trick of firing employees to support bonuses for executives who "sit on their bums and push papers around."

There are places where unions belong and places where they don`t. Sadly, you demonstrate that you`re an ill educated excuse for something.
