| If the people running this country woke up, they would realize that having the Histadrut and the Courts get involved in private labor matters is an example of how far Israel needs to go towards good business practice. If the Coffee Shop wanted to succeed and benefit their employees, they would provide these good working conditions on their own - in order to ensure happy employees and customers. Unions are a waste where people are paid to sit on their bums and push papers around. |
